Sierra Madre World Water Day

Sierra Madre’s celebration of World Water Day 2015, a water conservation expo serving the San Gabriel Valley, will include low water garden demonstrations and an expo from groups and companies working to help SGV save water. Presentations from water conservation and gardening experts will run from 2:30 to 4:30 – guest speakers include:

  • 2:30-3:00 pm: California Native Gardens by Theodore Payne Foundation Director of Outreach Lisa Novick
  • 3:00-3:30 pm:  Edible Gardens by Los Angeles Arboretum Expert Frank McDonough
  • 3:30-4:00 pm:  Commercial Landscape Design by Anna Armstrong
  • 4:00-4:45:  Aesthetics of the New Los Angeles Garden, FormLA Landscaping President Cassy Aoyagi
