The Theodore Payne Native Plant Garden Tour is a unique adventure: a two-day self-guided journey through 35 or more of the Los Angeles region’s most beautiful and inspiring home landscapes.  At each location, you’ll meet garden owners, designers, knowledgeable docents and fellow gardeners.

A special thank you to the Rosen and Weiss families, who will open their gardens for the Saturday tour.

It is the Weiss garden’s second year on the Native Garden Tour, and the Santa Monica Conservancy garden tour also featured the outstandingly restored home and garden last year.  With several varieties of IdealMow lawn alternatives, deliciously abundant edible gardens, and interlocking decks between historic buildings, the garden provides an intimate, verdant environment in the heart of midtown Santa Monica.

A perennial TPF tour favorite, the Rosen garden’s copper ionized salt water spa and sustainably harvested mahogany deck offer stunning views of the Brentwood canyons.

We look forward to seeing you!
