Open: Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a maintenance team manager.

You might love this job if you have:

  • Ability to build and grow and sustain a book of business
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs as well as to lead and support a highly-skilled and motivated team
  • Enjoy collaborating and learning – you’ll meet and work with top experts in the field
    We’ll think you are a great match if you have:

  • Certifications and/or degree in horticulture, plant science, plant pathology, environmental science, landscape management or equivalent experience (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with sustainable landscape management processes
  • Working knowledge of the latest in irrigation and maintenance equipment
  • 5 or more years in the landscape industry
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
  • Expertise in team-leadership
  • California valid drivers license (required)
  • Drug-Free work place
