This easy hike in the San Gabriel Mountains is natures showcase for native plants that work well in the garden, including ornamentals and edibles used by Native Americans. Cassy and Kirk Aoyagi will highlight how nature designs itself for success and provide tips for emulating nature’s designs at home.
The event is open to all. The exact location will be provided to those who have RSVPed to Theodore Payne Foundation, along with parking instructions, a plant list and other details the week of the hike. While the hike is easy-moderate, bringing water and a light snack is recommended.
