Join La Canada Valley Beautiful as they host this community workshop at La Canada Public Library!

Cassy Aoyagi and the FormLA team will donate time to native and sustainable garden pruning and maintenance demonstrations.  Be ready to learn and join in the fun… please bring:

  • A sharp and clean pair of pruners
  • Gloves
  • Sunhat
  • Friends
  • Questions about native and sustainable gardening!

While there, enjoy the compelling and unusual beauty of the newly-installed Australian drought-tolerant demonstration garden.  The Australian garden is the third of five drought tolerant “Gardens of the World” to be installed at the Library. The previously planted California and Mediterranean Basin gardens are also in luscious, full bloom and a site to see.

La Canada Valley Beautiful will serve light refreshments and snacks.
