We value your rest as well as your work. All non-exempt team members are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 8 in any day. For those who have been freelance landscapers, this can feel like a raise.

Health Insurance

Now more than ever, it is critical to have health insurance, and so many in our profession go without it. We provide a variety of comprehensive healthcare plans and share in that coverage up to 75 percent. We strongly encourage team members to enroll to protect themselves and their families.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Time off can feel like the ultimate luxury in the landscaping profession – paid or not! We offer seven paid holidays, as well as paid time off. Team members accrue vacation days as they work with us. The maximum vacation days grows along with years of service, reaching 30 days in a team member’s 6th year with us. This PTO is distinctive from the 48 hours of sick time off available to all team members each year.
